In 2010 James P. Adkins, LLC of Keller Williams on the Water joined forces with Accelerated Real Estate Services (ARES) to provide Real Estate Auction Solutions to Manatee and Sarasota Counties.

James has represented in excess of $20 million in real estate transactions, including thousands square feet of commercial, well over 200 single family homes in Florida, resorts in Florida and thousands of acres of farm land in Illinois and Texas.

I have been a licensed Florida REALTOR since 2004 and have been a full-time resident of Bradenton, Florida since 1999. During my time in Bradenton I have purchased, remodeled and leased several homes in San Remo Shores subdivision. Before I moved permanently to Florida I was a resident of the wonderful state of Kentucky, where, for 25 years, I practiced real estate law and owned a title company.
Jim is a Business Broker.
During those 25 years of practicing law I also became a dedicated land developer and immersed myself in the construction, renovation and leasing of residential and commercial real estate. Phyllis moved to Bradenton from Montana after working as a real estate agent for 15 years, selling large Farm and Ranches, rangeland, and rural residential properties as a consistent multi-million dollar top producer in three counties.
Working and living at the base of the mountains, the gateway to the Yellowstone National Park via the Spectacular Beartooth Highway, one of the best recreational wonderlands of America, is a sense of pride for her.
Prior to selling real estate her background was working for the Dept. of Justice in law enforcement, utilizing a quick disposal of drug seized properties by using several types of Auction sales. Phyllis has many hobbies including; hunting big game animals for food, fishing in mountain streams, boating, hiking, camping, & off road 4-wheeling.
