I have been a licensed Florida REALTOR with Wagner Realty since 2004 and have been a full-time resident of Bradenton, Florida since 1999. During my time in Bradenton I have purchased, remodeled and leased several homes in San Remo Shores subdivision. Before I moved permanently to Florida I was a resident of the wonderful state of Kentucky, where, for 25 years, I practiced real estate law and owned a title company.
During those 25 years of practicing law I also became a dedicated land developer and immersed myself in the construction, renovation and leasing of residential and commercial real estate. Additionally, from 1990 to 1998, I was the owner and operator of a 150-unit full service suites hotel, restaurant and nightclub in Southern Ohio.
