Some Banks have lowered their FHA Minimum Credit Score Requirements!
For example, BB&T will now permit credit scores below 620 on FHA loans based upon these requirements:
Each loan with FICO scores between 580 – 619 must receive an automated desktop approval with the following underwriting criteria:

Down payment of 5% versus the standard 3.5%
Gift funds not allowed
Seller concessions of 3% maximum
Debt to Income ratio of 43% maximum
Reserves equal to 2 months of the Principal, Interest, Taxes and Insurance payment (PITI)
